If following the A39 coast road through Minehead, first drop down a very steep hill into Lynmouth, then following the signs to Lynton (not the caravans route that goes all the way round the big loop shown above) go up a steep hill and again following the signs take a very sharp turn right into Lynton itself.
Follow this road past a church and the entrance to the cliff railway, you will then see the Tourist Information Centre
on the
right in theTown Hall (opposite the "Costcutter" Supermarket). Just
past and
immediately to the left hand side of the Town Hall, take the small
unnamed lane
(this is Hollerday Drive) up and to the left behind the
cinema. You will then find The Rockvale and it's car park at the top
of
this drive.There are several other routes you could take into the town (shown here), but provided you follow the main roads, all will take you past the Town Hall, and hence very close to The Rockvale.
WARNING WHEN USING ROUTE PLANNERS OR GPS .
The roads either side of the Town Hall are both called Hollerday Drive and both have postcodes EX35 6HQ, however The Rockvale is on the left side of the Town Hall. Route planners and GPS systems sometimes attempt to take you up the road on the right, this is a dead end and does not go to The Rockvale.To get in touch:-
