Bed and Breakfast	Single room	£29.00 per night
	Double Room	£31.00 per person per night
	Four Poster Room	£69.00 per night for two people
	5% discount for 7 or more days.
Dinner Bed and Breakfast	Single Room	£48.00 per person per night
	Double Room	£50.00 per person per night
	Four Poster Room	£107.00 per night for two people
	5% discount for 7 or more days.
Self catering in Otter's Holt		Accommodation for 2; £175.00 to £400.00 per week, depending on the season
Phone calls may be made from rooms, and are charged at cost.
Internet and WiFi access is available and charged at £1.00 for 15 minutes.
Daily papers may be ordered and are charged at cost.
All charges include VAT at the current rate (15%)

Payments

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.

Charges for Children

Children aged 4-12 years are welcome at half of the rate above, (evening meals are half sized portions from the daily menu).

Single Rooms.

We have one single room, but a single person can sometimes be accommodated in a double room at the normal per person double room price.

Bookings

We welcome bookings commencing on any day of the week and for any duration, subject to room availability.

Deposits

When booking in advance a non-returnable deposit of £30.00 will be required. This can be made by cheque or credit card over the telephone (we accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch).

Arrival

Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival although guests are welcome to arrive earlier in order to leave their luggage.
