Our completely self-contained accommodation for 2 comes with everything you will need to make it the ideal base for your holiday in Lynton.

The attractive lounge/dining kitchen has a 2 ring hob; fridge; microwave; toaster; tv; radio/cd player and is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. Full laundry facilities are available in the Hotel's laundry room, situated close by the entrance to Otter's Holt.

There is a spacious double bedroom and beautiful fully tiled shower room with large shower. All bedding, towels, electricity and use of the laundry room are included in the price.

Although Otter's Holt is primarily self catering accommodation, guests may make use of the comfortable lounge and bar which is well stocked with a range of bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

You can also combine the freedom of self catering with the convenience of eating in the hotel, should you wish to book your breakfast or evening meal with us.

We do not accept pets at The Rockvale, but one well-behaved dog is welcome in Otter's Holt by arrangement.
